DEDICATINQ CERTAIY REAL PROPERTY TO PUBLIC USE
FOR STREET AND HIGEAAY PURPOSES.
WhEREASP it is desirable and in tin public interest that certain property
owned by the City of Alameda be dedicated to pubalc use for public street and high-
way purposes, said property beinZ sltyatnd in thn City or Alameda, County of Alameda
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
A FORHON OF Lot 17 in Section 16 of Tcwnship 2 South,
Range 3 West, ancardlnE to ths Map ertlt�!,ed, N;o. 2 of
Salt Marsh and Tide Lands situated in the County of Alameda,
State of California," ftisd in the Cffice of the Surveyor
General of the State of California, bounded as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Eastern line of said
