Resolution 03883RESOLUTION NO. 3003 IN MEMORIAM OF ALVIN J. HOVEY WITH PROFOUND SORROW, the Council of the City of Alameda records the death of one of its faithful and greatly esteemed employees, ALVIN J. EOVET, kho served the people of the City of Alameda as a member of the Police Department for more than twenty-two years; NOW) THEREFORE1 BE IT RESOLVED, that, in recognition of the long and, stalwart service rendered b7 OFFTCRR HOVEY, and his frierdly helpfulness whenever called upon, the Council of the City of Alameda hereby expresses its sense of personal loss and its appreciation for his untiring efforts on behalf of the City; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread in full upon the minutes of this meeting, and that a copy thereof be trarsnitted to the family of CFF TCER HOVEY, that it may extend to its meAbers a sincere expression of sympathy and condolence; and FE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when this meeting of the Council of the City of Alameda ad'"ourns, it shall do so in respect to the'semory of ALVIN J.
