AUThORIZIhG CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE &ESTIONNACI` E
FOR MUNICIPALITIES LAVING FEDERAL TEMICRARY HOUSING
IN TBEIR LOCALITIES
WHEREAS, onSepte-r�,--)er 27, 1946j a communication was received froM
United States Senator Harry F. Cain., Chairman, Subcommittee on Eou sing and Rents,
enclosinF a questionnaire entitled, "Disposal of Federal Temporary War and
Veterans Eousing—questionmire for Municipalities Having Federal Temporary
Housing in Their Localities"; and
WHEREns, the City Council has deemed it necessary and appropriate that
said questionnaire shall be fully and completely answered and forwarded to
Honorable Harry P. Cain, Chairman, Subcommittee on Musing and Fent8; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the said communication
above referred to, Kich was received on September 07, 1948, and the contents of
said questionnaire; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Tiestionraire and the answers thereto has been
filed with the City Clerk on the 16th day of November, 124C;
NOW THEaEFOREJ RE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALANaQ.
that the City Manager of the City of Ala Leda be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to execute the questionnaire with the answers thereto, pursuant to the
copy on file in the office of saki City Clerk, and to forward the executed copy
of said questionnaire to honorable harry.P. Cain, Chairman, Subcommittee on
Eousing and is of the United States Senate .

in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of November, 1945. by the followinE
