BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that one (1)
additional position of 11LIur ntenance Mlechanic" Be, and is hereby, created and
established in the Street Department of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTTIiITR RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall
supersede those portions of Resolution No. 3752, and of any other resolution in
conflict herewith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of
such conflict only, hereby
-• and annulled.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of December, 1948, by the following
