RESOLUTION NO. 3899
'VEM'REAS, a certain option of purchase of real property dated the 12th
day of November, 1948, made by and between George 0. Malmstrom and Naomi Malmstrom,
his wife, as parties of the first part, and the City of Alameda, a municipal corpo-
ration, as party of the second part, was, on or about said date, executed and de-
livered by said George 0. Malmstrom and Naomi 11'a Strom, his wife, to the City of
Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said option said George 0. Malmstrom and Naomi Malmstrom,
his wife, granted to the City of Alameda an option to purchase all that certain
real property situated in the said City of Alameda, and more particularly de-
scribed in said option, on condition that said option be exercised by the said
City of Alai-aeda on or before november 12, 1949; and
�,VHEREAS, the said City of Alameda did, on or about said date, accept
said option;
NOW THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY riTIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA1V1,o,,DA
that the aforementioned Option be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and on behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said Option and orders this resolution
to be attached thereto, as required by Section 11,58 of the Civil Code of the
State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled an the 7th day of December, 1948, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Frans cheid, (5).
