V MEA AS, certain moneys have been delivered to and received by the
City of Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Special Public
Health Fund, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1327, California Administra-
tive Code, Title 17, Chapter 3, Sub --chapter 1, Article 4, and the provisions of
Resolution No. 3650 adopted by this Council on November 18, 1947; and
WEREAS, there has been expended from the General Fund of the City,
solely for the purposes specified in said section of said Code and in said Reso-
lution, the sum of $10,500.00, in connection with public health;

that the sum of $10,500.00 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the
Special Public Health Fund to the General Fund of the City of Alameda.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly inoroduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of January, 1949, by the following
vote, to wit:
