aforesaid, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adontea.
RESOLVED, ViRTHER, that the performance and completion of the uork speci-
fied in said 5psaifications and slovisions be, and the sane is hereby, authordzed.
RESOLVED, VWTHEIA that the, Couz�),cil of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. Z., on Tuesday, March 1, 1949, for
the furnishing to the City of Alameda of all labor, materials, methods and processes,
implements, tools and machinery, except as otherwise specified, necessary for the
work hareinabove referred to, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions.
Wds must be Dresented to the City Clark, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California,
under sealed hover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for Restoration of
la hInley Park, Removal of Buildings and Clearing Appurtenances" or similar designa-
tion.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded, subject 0o the provisions of the
Charter of the Oity of ilameda, to the responsible bidder who subLdtS the lowest
and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
