Une Grantor hereinafter named heretofore executed and delivered

wherein Alma h. Duchesnay is Urantor, and the City of Alameda, a municipal corpor-
ation, is Grantee, and by which the said irentor grants, zransfers and conveys
unto the said Orantee a perpetual easemert and right of way for street and high-
way purposes ana to establish, construct, reconstruct, repair and maintain a bulk-
head or seawall in, throuZh, on and alonj that cerirear al property situated in
the City of Alaneda, County, of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly
described in said &rant of Easement;

that the aforesaid Grunt of Easement be, and the same is hereby, accepted and the

thereto as required by Section 1158 o! the Civil jode of the State of California.
