Covernment, has applied to the City of Alamada for a lease of the following des-
oribed real property belonging to said City and situated in tbo City of Alamada,
County cf Alameda, State of California, more particularly doncribcd as follows:

Clement Avenue and the easterly line oC Grand Street, thence
noutheastorly upon and alon7 the northerly line of Worant
Avenue 170.52 Met to a point; thence leaving the northerly

concave to the leftl of radius 277.94 feet, to a point on
M easterly line of Wand Street, said point being distant
