ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE FRO!,il' GINO SPADCKI OF CERTAIN REAL
FUOPERTY AND CONSENTING TO THE RECORDATION ThEREOF

�,EREASS, a certain deed, dated the 21st day of 2ebruary, 1949,
and between Gino Spadoni, grantor, and the City ofAlameda, a municipal corpora-
tion, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said grantor to the
said City of Alameda; and
'�MEREAS, by said deed said grantor granted to the City of Alameda all
that certain real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, and more particularly described in said deed;
NTU,7 T11EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF ALAIEDA that
the aforementioned deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City
of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said deed and orders this resolution to be attached
thereto, as required by Section 1158 of the Civil Code of the State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreEoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the lst day of March, 1949, by the following vote, to it
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid3 (5).
