ACCEPTING CCNVEYANCE FRO,"I'd GUIDO SPt�.DQNII OF,
CERTAIN REAL FROTERTY MD CONSENTING TO THE
RECORDATION THEREOF
'WEEREAS, a certain deed, dated the 21st day of February, 1949, made by
and between Guido Spadoni, grantor, and the City of Alameda, a municipal corpor-
ation, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said grantor to said
City of Alameda; and
WHEIREAS, by said deed said Srantor granted to the City of Alameda all
that certain real property situated in the City of Zlameda, County of Alameda,
State of California, and more particularly described in said deed;
IM TEEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DY THE C0T3R(,IL OF, THE CITY OF ALANEDA that
the aforementioned deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said deed and orders this resolution to be
attached thereto, as required by Section 1158 of theCivil Code of the State of
Califcrnia.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alamcdo in reg-
ular meeting assembled, on the lot day of Z&rch, 1949, by the following vote, to
Wit.
AYES: Councilmen Enderson, Jones, Osborn, Weeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
