RECORDATION THEREOF
a"PHEREAS, a certain deed, dated the 21st day of 2ebruarae, 1949, made by
and between Gertrude Christensen, grantor, and the Cit;; of n1ameda, a municipal
corporation, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said grantor
to the said City of Aiamede; and

certain real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and more particularly described in said deed;
ITO'd THERiEF0111E, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T� E CITY OF ALAIE'DA that
the aforementioned deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City
of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby
consents to the recordation of said deed and orders this resolution to be attached
thereto, as reouired by Section 1158 of the Civil Code of the State of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in reg-
ular meeting assembled on the ist day of Larch, 1949, by the following vote, to wit:
