WIEREAS, the following described real property, situated in the City of
Alaneda, County of Alameda, State of California, to wit:
Lots 23 and 00, Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 4
Test of Nount Diablo Base and Yeridian, Map in. 2 of Salt
Yarsh and TWe Qnds, EXCEPT the portion deeded to Thomas

has been assessed heretofore for city purposes for the fiscal year 2948-1949, and
taxes levied thereon in the sum of 135.5 4, penalty in the sum of 15.359 and costs
in the sum of 11.00; are uncollected and unpaid; and
after the time said taxes became a lien on said real property,
