Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked.

Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the prcvisions of the
Charter of said CSty, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.
The right is reservod to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is herob7 directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provIslons of this resolu-
tio- and of said Specifications and Provisions.
