scaled bids un to the hour of 5:05 o'clock P. P. on Tuesday, October 16, 1951, for
the furnishing to the City of Kameda of all labor, natorlaTs, rethods arca processes
tools and equipment necessary for the work hereinabove referred to, in accordance
with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids mnst be presented to the My Clerk,
in. the Cit7 Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside "Proposal for Broom Shed at Corporation Yard", or sWilar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of the City of Alaneda, to the rasponsible bidder who submits the lowest
and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions rmy be had by any prospective bidder
on application to the City Engineer, at his office, in the City Fall, Alameda,
California.
The City Clor! is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -Star,
a notice calling for sealod bids, in accordance with the Drovisionn of this resolu-
tion and of caid Specifications and Provisions.
