WHEREAS5 on Septenber 18, 1951, the Council of the City of Alameda a-dopted
Resolution No. 4456 entitled, "Creating the Fosition of 'Park Kinionanco Poreman'
in the Parlk_ Departnent of the City of Alameda, Prescribing the Duties and Fixing the.
Salary Thereof"; and,
,LEREASP it is now necessary to amend Section 3 of said resolution b°Cr
providing for payment for work in excess of 40 hours per week for said position-,
NOW, THERS'PORF,, BE' IT REMIXED BY CCTU,NCIL OF THE CITY C'F A1,111 DA -that
Section 3 of Resolution No. 4456 be anended to read as follows:
Section 3. The salary for the position of Park Mintanance Foreman shall,
be, and is hereby, fixed at XQ,1319.00 per month on the basis of a 40 -hour week; over
40 hours per week at the rate of $2.76 per hour.
