WHEREAS, oa Septeaker 18, 1951, the Counnil of the City of Alameda adonted,
Resolution 7o. 4457 entitled, "Creating the Position of 'General Stront Naintenancp
Fore mar? in the Street Department of the City of Alameda, Prescribing the Duties and
'Pixing the Salary Thereof"; and
WMENS1 it is now necessary to anend Sention 3 of said resolution by
providing for payment for work in excess of 40 hours per week for sala position;

that Section 3 of Resolution No. 4457 be anended to read as follows:
