YNOBLICH, 70D CITY SERVICE VACATION PERIOD under the provisions of Article 4, Chapter 5, Title II of the Alameda Municipal Code every officer and employee of the City of Alameda who has been continuously in city service . or more than one year is entitled to an annual vacation with full pay during each calendar year; and the services of George W.
