REqUESTING CONCELLATION OF COUNTY TAXES ON PROPERTY

JR111141`1,13� the following described real property, situated in the City of
Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, to -wit:
Parcels 8 and 9, Block 68, !Kp Book 69 as shown on 1951-52 tax
bills of Alameda County (Code Area 1001,
has been assessed heretofore for county purposes for the fiscal year 1951-1952
and taxes levied thereon a2e uncollected and unpaid; and
W=_T1.s, after the time said assessment and taxes became as lien on said
parcels of real property, to -wit, on October 15, 1951, the said parcels of real,
property were acquired for municipal purposes by the City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, by Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
County on October 15, 1951, in Book 6559 of Official Records, at page 245; and
ever since the said 15th day of October, 1951, the said parcels
of real property have been and now are owned by said City of Alameda and have been
and now are being used for public purposes and because of such public ownership
are not subject to sale for delinquent taxes;

the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda be, and it is hereby, requested
to make its order, and to take such further proceedings as may be necessary, to
cause all uncollected taxes, assessments, penalties or costs charSed or levied for
county purposes upon the aforesaid parcels of real property, to be cancelled; and
that as record of such cancellation be made by the officer or officers having cus-
tody of the record thereof, in accordance with the provisions of Section 4986 of
the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California.
RESOL71D, FURTHER, that the City Clerk forward certified copies of this
resolution forthwith to the Board of Stq)ervisors of said Alameda County.
