IPIHEREAS, the State of California-, through its Department of Public Health,
has submitted a Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public Health Agencies for
the fiscal year July 1, 1951-J'une 30, 1952; and

WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the provisions of said contract
it is in the public interest that the City of Alaneda should
enter into said contract in order that federal funds allocated may be used by the
Alameda Health Department;
NO101 TH]�',TFFORE, BE IT 1ESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITYOFALAMEDA
that said Contract for Federal Allocations to Local Public 'Heal't'h'Agencies be
entered into, and that the 11ilayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
Alameda, and the City Clerk is authorized to attest same.
Il the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the Cath day of November, 1951, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid,, Jones, Sweeney and President
