APPOINTING AidACTINGCITY MANAGER IN THE ABSENCE
OF THE CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Carl Froerer, with the permission of the City
Council, will be absent from the City of Alameda for a period of approximately two
weeks on annual vacation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
j. P. Clark be, and he is hereby, appointed Acting City Manager of the City of
Alameda during said absence of the City Manager.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 6th day of November, 1951, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, V.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
