ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM PACIFIC CLAY PRODUCTS,
A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, IN qE;T0Tj_R;Q"PROPER TY, FOR

WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 14th day of November, 1951, made
by and between Pacific Clay Products, a California corporation, and the City of
Alameda, a municipal corporation, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered
by said Pacific Clay Products to the City; and.
WHEREAS, by said indenture said Pacific Clay Products granted to the
City of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time
to time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underground storm
and/or sanitary sewers in, through, under and along that piece, strip or parcel of
land situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and
more particularly described in said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 20th day of November, 1951,
accept said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said
real property;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resclu-
tion to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code
of the State of California.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of November 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheld, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
