RESOLVED BY �1'=' COUNICII OF TFE CITY OF ALA,EDA that the Specifications
filed in the office of the City ,Clerk, on December 4, lQ51, No. MS 12-51-21, for
operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln Pa7y, Krusi Park,
McEinley Park and Thompson Field, in,the City of Alameda, California, for,the
period connencing January 1, 1952, and ending December 31, 1953, be, and the sane
are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FULTIER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. A. on Tuesday, Decezriber 18, 1951,
for the privilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park, Lincoln
Park, Krusi Park, McKinley Park and THompson Field, in the City of Alameda, in
accordance with said Specifications. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk,
in the City Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly narked
on the outside "Proposal for Park Concession", or sinilar de s!
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who
submits the highest and best bid. The rQht is reserved to reject any or all
bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alaneda Times -
Star, a notice calling for scaled bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications.
