AND AIANEDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OF A PORTION OF
McKINLEY PARK KNOWN AS THOMPSON FULD
WEEREAS, Alameda Unified School District, a public body, desires to
lease from the City of Alameda a portion of McKinley Park, known as Thompson
Field, for use as a football field and for other sports, for the period of one
(1) year; and
WHE'REEAS, a form of lease cortaining the terms and cone tiors to be
agreed upcn between the City of Alameda and Alameda Unified School District,
and more particularly describing the portion,of said park to be !eased, has
been prepared and submitted to this Council at its regular meeting held on
December 49 1952:
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTI 07 THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Yayor of said City be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed. to
execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a, -lease si.,ib-
stantially in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the,
aforesaid form of lease.
il the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of Depember, 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President Osborn,
(4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman, Anderson, Q.
