G-RAT,TTING EAST BAY YUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT PERMISSION
TO CONSTRUMUNDERGROUND PUMPING PIANT YEARAPRTHEAST
CORNER OF CIAMENT AVENUE AND GRAND STREET
I the East Bay Municipal Utility District has requested per-
mission to construct and underground punping plant within the sidewalk area near
the northeast corner of Clement Avenue and Grand Street, in the City of Alameda,
said pumping plant to be used in connection with the Alameda interceptor of the
East Bay sewage disposal project; and
WEERFAS9 it appears to be to the best interest of the City of Alameda
that such permission be granted;

that the East Bay Municipal Utility District be, and is hereby granted per-
mission to construct the of underground pumping plant near the
northeast corner of Clement Avenue and Grand Street, said construction to be
in conformity with East Bay Municipal Utility District Special District No. 1
Drawing No. VG -1151, which drawing is hereby referred to and by such reference
made a part hereof.
Ty the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly irtrodnced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular menting assedtled on the 4thdayof December, 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Branscheid, jones, Sweeney and President Osborn,
NoEst None.
ABSENT: Courcilman Anderson, (2).
