Resolution 045080. 4508 S07,'UTI()T',,1 T, PROVIDING FOR EXTOA COMPXWSATIOR FOR BAY BURTON, RADIO TECHNICIAN, FOR CITY SERVICE PERFORMED, DUH!NG PART OF VACAUq0K [ERIOD WHEREAS, under the provisions of Article 4, Chapter 5, Title !I of the, Alameda Municipal Code every officer and employee of the City of Alameda who has been con-,inuoos17 In city service for more than one year Is entitled to an annual with full pay during each calendar year; and the services of Day Burton, Radio Technician, are urgentl-y needed during the remainder of his vacation period; and VIIEEREAS, said Ray Burton has consented to work for the City during the remainder of his annual vacation; and it is to the advantage, benefit and best interest of said City that said Pay Burton should work duTing the remainder of his regular annual vacation leave, and has been granted permission by the City Manager so to do; NO'J' BE IT RESOLVED BY r-IIEE COUNCIL OF 7f -'E CTTY OF AIATED,,i that said Ray Burton shall, in addition to his regular salary or wage, receive additional compensation for the one (1) week worked by him during his regular vacation period.
