RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions for furnishing two (2) three -wheel motorcycles with pneumatic tires
for the Traffic Division of Police Department, City of Alameda; No. YS 12-51-25,
filed in the office of the City Clerk on Decenber 18, 1951, be, and the same are
hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock P. M., on Wednesday, January 2, 1952,
for the furnishing to the City of two (2) three -wheel motorcycles with pneumatic
tires for the Police Department, in accordance with said Specifications and
Provisions; Bids most be presented to the City Clerk, in the City it Hall, Alameda,

California, under seaed cover and plainly marked on the outside, Proposal for
two (2) three -wheel motorcycles", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Chatter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
IP the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council'of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscherid, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
