RESOLUTIOT NO. 4519
TRANSFERRING 07,514.50 FROM THE SPECIAL PUBLIC
HEALTHFUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, certain moneys Have been delivered to and received by the
City of Alameda from the State of California and deposited in the Special Public
Health Fund pursuant to the provisions of Sections 1100 to 1145 of the Health
and Safety Code of the State of California (Chapter 1562, Statutes of 1947), as
amended, and the provisions of Resolution No. 3650, adopted by this Council on
November 18, 1947; and
WHEREAS, the sum of",7
, 514.50 has been expended from the Kneral Fund
for the purposes authorized in the act referred to and in said resolution, namely
for public health purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, TE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the sum of 17,514.50 be, and the same is hereby, transferred from the Special
Public Health Fund to the General Fund.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to
make said transfer on their respective books.
IP the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Councilofthe City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1251, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Jones, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
