ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM KATE G. PEDERSEN

WHEREAS, a certain indenture dated the 20th day of December, 1251, made
by and between Kate G. Pedersen, party of the first part, and City of Alameda, a
municipal corporation, as party of the second part, was, on or about said date,
executed and delivered by said party of the first fart to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said indenture, the grantor therein named granted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right of way to at any time, or from time to
time, construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underground sanitary
sewers and/or storm drains in, through, under and along that piece, strip or parcel
of land situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California,
and more particularly described in said indenture; and
WEEHEAS, the City of Alameda did, on the Cud day of january, 1952,
accept said conveyance and acquired possession of the said end

NOW TEIREFORE, BE !T HESOLVED BY THE COU'TCI L OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDAL
that the aforementioned indenture be, and thesame is hereby, accepted on behalf
oC the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this reso-
lution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27231 of the Government
Code of the State of California.

in rogular veeting assenbled on the 2nd day of January, 1952, by the following
