113,451.80 and $6,168.20 be and the same are hereby transferred from Accounts 70-B
(Contingent Fund) and 70-D (Auto Liability Insurance), respectively, to Account
70-E (General Liability Insurance), and that the Auditor and Treasurer be and
they are herebg authorized and directed to make said transfers on their respective
books and records.
