with said Specifications, PrWslons and Plans. Bids must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the Citv Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and r11inly
markod on the outbide "Proposal for Remodeling and %provement of Municipal lolf

Contract, if awarded, Will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of the City of Alameda, to the, responsible bidder who subrdts the lowest
and bost bid. The right is inserved to reject any or all bids.
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder
or application to the City Engireer, at his office in the City Hail, klareda,,
California.

Star, a not7ce calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the nrovislons of this
resolution and of said Menifications and Provisions.
