ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM MARY E. LOGAN OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTING TO RECORDATION THEREOF
WHEREAS9 a certain Quitclaim Deed dated the 10th day of Jannary, 1962,
made by and between Mary E. Logan -as first party, and City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, as second party, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered
by said first party to the said City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, by said Quitclaim dend said first party quitclaimed to the
City of Alameda all of her right, title, interest and estate in and to that certain
real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of
California, and more particularly described in said quitclaim deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THl COUNCIL OF THl CI 7Y OF ALAMEDA
that the aforementioned Quitclaim Deed be, and the same is hereby accepted on
behalf of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf
of said City, hereby consents to the recordation of said Quitclaim Deed and
orders this resolution to be attached theretc.'as required by Section 27281 of
the Government Code of the State of California.
T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of March, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
