RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications
and Provisions filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 18, 1952, No. MS
3-52-3, for operating a refreshment concession in the restaurant located in the
Alameda Municipal Golf Club House and at the refreshment stand at the twelfth tee
on the Municipal Golf Course, in the City of Alameda, California, for the period
ending June 30, 1954, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour. of 8:05 o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, April 1, 1952, for
the privilege of operating a refreshment concession in the restaurant located in,
the Alameda Municipal Golf Club House and at the refreshment stand at the twelfth
tee on the Municipal Golf Course, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said
Specifications. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in
Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal
for operating refreshment concession at Alameda Municipal Golf Course", or-sinilar
designation®
Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder
on application to the City Clerk, at her office in the City Hall, Alameda, California
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder who
submits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications.
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of Narch, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Anderson, Branscheid, Sweeney and President
Osborn, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Jones, (1).
