WH];,'REAS, a certain Deed dated the 5th day of February, 1952, made
by Alameda Unified School District, Alameda County, California, a public
corporation, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by the grantors

to the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS31 by said. deed the grantors deeded to the City of Alameda
certain real property on Central Avenue at Third Street, for street and highway
purposes, which real. property is situated in the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, and is more particularly describd in said deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY T= COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the aforementioned Deed be, and the sane is hereby, _accepted_ on _.behalf of
the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said Deed and orders this resolution
to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of
the State of California.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of March,, 1952, by the following
