Resolution 0456427-4 41, RESOLUTION NO. 4564 DETERYTNING TO UUDERTAKE SPECIAL ASSESSTEN7 Pmt OCEED17GS POR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STREET LTSHTTYO SYPTEF WITHOUT PROCL{DTNGS =73 DIVISTCT 4 OF THE STREETS AND HTGUWAYS CODE ---- STEEET LIGHTING C07STRUCTION ASS'E'-FSaPCIF,NT 'ATS']"'RTCT NO. 1 (1952) WHEREAS, the residents of the district hereinafter described have peti- tioned th, Council of the City of Alameda, as a safety measure, to construct and install a street lighting system including poles, electroliers, lighting units, cables, conduits and other suitable and necessary works or appliances in High Street and Post Street from Otis Drive to Calhoun Street, ish.1-ch petition �Tias sub- mitted in writing and has been spread upon the minutes of the Council; and WHEREAS, the Council intends to undertake proceedings pursuant to Title XTX of the Alameda Municipal Code for the constructicn, and installation of said lighting system and to 2evy and collect assessments therefor as provided in said Code; NOW THEREFORE1 BE !T FOUND, TETERYINED AYD CRDTE-D. as of Lows 1. That said proceedings so proposed to be undertaken by this Council for the construction of said lighting system are necessary as a safety neasure. 2.
