Resolution 0456727V to, FC'E,,�SOLUTION NO. 4567 CT P.RELITTNARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT --STREET LIGHTING CONSTRUCTION ASSESSYENT DISTRICT NO. 1 (1952) ' 71ERE ff EASI, on the 15th day of April, 2952, the Council of the City of Alameda did adopt its Resolution of intention No. 4565 to construct and install a street lighting system in and for a portion of said City and did refer the proposed improvements to the City Superintendent of Streets, he being the officer havirg charge and control of the construction of public improvements in an& for the City of the kind described therein aid did therein direct said Superintendent of Streets to make and file with the Clerk of said it a report in writing, all. as therein more particularly described, under and pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 51 Title XIX of the Alameda Municipal Code; and WITWAS, said City Superintendent of Streets has made and filed with the Clerk of said City a report in writing as called for in said Resolution of Intention, and under and pursuant to said Code, which report has been presented to this Council for consideration; and. 1u1,11EEHEAS, said Council has duly considered said report and each and every part thereof, and finds that the same and each and every part thereof is and are sufficient and that neither said report nor any part thereof requires or should be modified in any respect; h2l , an-�L, T_� 1, a ", I)A NOW THEVEPOR7, BE, TT BY THE COUNCIL OF T I C! OF A ,, a s f ollows : 1. That the plans and specifications for the proposed :improvements to be made, contained in said report, be, and they are hereby, preliminarily approved-, 2. That the City Superintendent of Streets' estimate of the itemized and total estimated costs and expenses of said improvements and of the incidental expenses in connection therewith, contained in said report, be, and it is hereby, preliminarily approved; 3. That the diagram shnoring the assessment district referred to and described in sgid lbsolution of Intention, and also the boundaries and dimensions of the respective subdivisions of land within said District as the same existed at the Wme of the adoption of said Resolution of Intent -'',.on, each of whIch. sub- divisions having been given a separate number upon said diagram, as contained in said report, be, and it is hereby, preliminarily approved; 4. That the proposed assessment of the total amount of the costs and expenses of the proposed improveronts upon the several subdivisions of land in said district in proportion to the estimated benefits to be received by such subdIvision, respoctively, fro"said improvomon�s, and of the incidental expensrs the -oto, contained in said report, be, and it it hereby, preliminarily approved. That said report shall stand as the Engineer's report for the purposes of all subsequent proceedln7s and pursuant to said Resolution of Intention.
