INTHEIREAS', -the Council of the City of Alameda did on the 15th day of April,
19521 2dopt its Resolution of intention No. 4505 declaring its intention to under-
take the construction and installation of a street liZhtlng system for a portion
of said city and to levy and collect assessments for the cost of such construction
and installation and to purchase the assessment issued in said proceedings; and
7HEREAS, it is necessary thnt a revolving fund be created art established

or the purpose of hardling the receipts and disbursenerts to be received and rnde
in conjunction with the performance of said work;

pursuant to the provisions of Articl.e 8, Chapter 1, Title XIX, of the Alameda
Municipal Code, there is hereby created and establisind a sped. ate_ fund to be known
as "Street Lighting Construction Assessront District No. 1 (1952) Revolving Fund",
through which. fund shall be handled all financial transacticns hid in connection
with the public improvements hereinbefoin referred to.
BE !T FUTTHER HEMMED that the sum of 12500.00 bo, and the same is

Lssessmant District No. 1 (1952) Revolving 7und.
The Auditor and the Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to create
said Mnd and to make the necessary transfers on their respectiva books and records.
