Housing Adminfitration, has s'Lformitted a form of revocable pormit agreement hanting
to the City of Alameda permission revocable at will, to construct, reconstruct,
repair ant maintain a sanitary sever line together with all necessary laterals
in, upon and across land located in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State
of California, and more particularly described in said form of rovocable nermit,
agreement; and
