and between Donald R. Gillonwater and Betty Jean Vi7lenwator, his wife, Grantors,
and the City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, 3rantee, was, on or about said
date, executed and de_ iver3d by said Grantors to the City of Alameda; and
b7,,- said indenture the grantors granted to the City of Kameda
a permanent easnment and r!7ht of way to at any time, or from tim' to time,
construct, maintain, operate, rep2ace, remove and renew 1.inder7round sanitary
sewers and/or storm drains in, through, under and along a strip or parcel of land
situated ir the City of Alameda, County of ALaraeda, State of California, and more
particularly described in said indonture; and
the City of Alameda did, on the 15th day of April, 1252, accept
said conveyance and acquired possnsslon of the saAd easement in the said real
property;

that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and the said City Council, acting for and in behalf of
said City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government
Code of the State of California.
