by and between Adelaide Bruzzons, a widow, Frank J. Bruzzone, Yeria Bruzzone,
Joseph Bruzzone, Emile Bruzzone, Dorenico Bruzzone and Louisa Jost, fornerly
Louisa Bruzzone, Grantors, and City of Alameda, a municipal corporation, "Santee,
was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said Grantors to the City
of Alameda; and

a permanent easenent and right of way to at any time, or fnom t1mo to tine, con-
struct, naintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underground sanitary sewers
and/or storm drains in, through, under and along a strip or parcel of land situated
in the City of Alameda, County of Alanedn, State of California, and more parti-
cu2arly described in said indenture; and
MMIMAS, the City of Maneda did, on the l5th day of April, 1952,
accept said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said
real property;

that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on
behalf of the City of Alameda, and the said City Council, actln7 for and in
behalf of said City, hereby consorts to the recordation of said indentyre and
orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of
the Government Code of the State of California.
