RESOLVED, FURTEER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids u -,o, to the hour of 0:05 P. M., on Tuesday, May 6, 1052, for furnishing
to the City of 2200 feet of shielded street lighting cable, 5000-vo1_t, ir accord-
ance with said Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City
C1e1"k9 in the City HaLl. Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly
marked on tho outside, "Proposal for Shielded Street Lighting Cable". or similar
desl7naticn.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best
bid. The right is reserved t reject any or a2i bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times -
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said Specifications and Provisions.
