WHEREAS1 it is necessary that arplications be filed by the City of
Alameda with the East Bay Funicipal Utility District, Special nistrict No. 1,
for permits to connect city sewers to the Alarteda interceptor of said District;

that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to sign
and file with said District the applications of the City of Alaneda to make
the required connections to said intorcoptor.
