RMORDATION THEREOF
a certain indenture dated the Oth day of April, 1959, made by
and between Alameda Belt Line, a California corporation, Grantor, and City of Alameda,
a municipal corporation, Grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered.
by said qrantor to the City of Alameda; and
by said indenture, the grantor granted to the City of Alaneda
a permanent easenent and right of way to, at any time, or from time to time,
construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underground sanitary sewers
and/or storm drains in, thrr7)71, under and along thoso strips or parcels of land
situated in the City of AMmeda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more
particularly described in said indenture; and
the City of Alameda did, on the 15th day of April, 1952, accept

said conveyance and acquired possession of the sa id easement in the said real
property;
NOW THEREFORE1 BE IT RKSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0-10 T17-11--] CIT)' 01,' ATAIM,MA that
thn aforem,enticred indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City,
hereby consants to the recordation of said indenture and oruers tnis rosoiuuion uo
be attached thereto, as required by Section 27981 of the Government Coda of the
State of California.
