11-HE'11,T]AS, a certain indenture dated the 9th day of April, 1952, made by
and between Alameda Belt Line, a California corporation, Grantor, and City of
Alameda, a municipal corporation, Grantee, was, on or about said date, executed
and delivered by said Grantor to the City of Alameda; and

a permanent easement and right of way to at any time, or from time to time,
construct, maintain, operate, reTlace, remove and rebew u7lder7round sanitary
sewers and/or storm dra-'.ns in, through, undnr and along those strips or parcels of
land situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of Ca L.and
more particularly described in said indenture; and
WHERANS1 the City of Alameda did, on the 15th day of April, 1952, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said real
property;

that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, aeQeptQd on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this reso-
lution to be attached thoreto, as required b7 Section 27281 of the Governmert
Code of the State of California.
