his fepurt on the repair by the City of the sidewalk in front of the real property
known as 401 HaiAht Avenue, Alaaeda, jalifurEia, said report settinS forth the cost
of sach repairs as being in the amount of Seventy-four and 40/100 (074.40) Doilars;
and

on said matter for the purpose of examining and considering said report; and

Avenue, Alaneda, California, in the amount of said itenized statement of expense
and in accordance with the Provisions Of Section 5626 of the Streets and Highuays
Code of the hate of Colirurnia and to file said hotice of Lien with the City
Assessor and Uity Tax Coilector for coliection of the amount of said lien pursuant
to the nrovisions of Section 5628 of said Wrests aid Lighwuys Code.
