Vtile CoCoucil of e City of Alaeda did, on tie 15th day of
April, 1952, adopt its Resolution 1'to. 4565 of Intention to construct street
lighting facilities for the benefit of a certain portion of the Wity of Alameda;
and.
on said date this Council adopted its Resolution No. 4566
appointing time and place for hearing protests in relation to tke proposed im-
provement and directing that notice be given; and

manner provided by law as appears from the affidavits on file in the office of the
City Clerk; and
said natter came on regularly for hearing at the time therein
fixed; and
this juuncil has heard all persons desiring to be heard and
has duly considered all matters pertaininS to said project, and good cause appear-
ing therefor;

1. That pursuant to Article 1, Chapter 2, Title XIX of the Alameda
Lunicipal Code, the public necessity requires the improvewent proposed to be done
under said Resolution of Intention and more particularly descrioed in said
EhSineer ls Report.
2. That said protests and objections, to the extent that relief has
not already been granted thereon, be, and each and all of them are hereby, over-
ruled and denied.

duly and re; uiarly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
