aTIEREAS, the Oouncil of the City of Alameda did, on the 6th day of
lay, 1952, by its Resolution to. 4582, adopt the Engineer's report, confirm the
assessment, and order perfor�!iance of the work in connection with Street Lighting
Construction Assessment District he. 1 (1952); and
pursuant to its Resolution of Intention to. 4565, unpaid
assessments of said district are to to collected on the tax roll upon which the
.general City taxes are collected for the City of Alameda, and it appearing to the
said Cc i-mcil that the interests of the City and of the property owners within the
said Street Liahting Assessment District will be oest served by having the City
purchase, for its own account, the assessment made in connection with the construe -
Koh of said district;

that the assessment issued in conjunction with the construction of Street Light-
1LZ Construction Assessment District he. 1 (195 2) be, and the sane is hereby,
purchased by the City of Alameda for the sum of 026 0.36, and the Superintendent

of Streets of the City of 11ameda is hereby authorized and directed to receive pay-
nent of assessments tAorcon for the account of the City of Alameda.

appropriated to 6treet Lighting Construction Assessment District No. 1 (1952) Fund
06, and the same are hereby, desighated as the moneys to oe used for the purchase
of said assessment.
