ZMEAS, a certain indenture dated the 29th day of February, 1952,
made by and between Harold C. 'lard and Frances M. Ward, his wife, and Lois V.
Ward, onlso known as Lois 3. lard, Grantors, and City of Alameda, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, was, on or about said date, executed and delivered by said
GraLtors to the City of Alameda; and
dEIE�,,IE2Sl by said indenture, the grantors granted to the City of Alameda
a permanent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time to time, con-
struct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew underqround storm drains in,
through, under and alonS a strip or parcel of land situated in the 3ity of Alameda,
Gounty of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described is said
indenture; and
JEEREA3, tAe jity of Alameda did, on the 6th day, of lay, 1952, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easemeqt in the said real
property;
NOW MUM.& BE IT RESOLVED if U.E JU114= OF THE CITY OF ALAMEU,'�
that the aforenentioned indenture be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said
City, herejy consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by jection 27281 of the Government
Code of the State of balifornia.
