agrees to furnish ana make available to the City persoLnel qualified to under -
to pe the adninistration and supervision of the City, 's recreation department,

visions aLu conditions thereof; and
it is in the public interest that said Lemorandum, of A3ree-
ment should be entered into;

said agreement on behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is authorized
to attest the same.
