ACCEPTTNG GRANT OF EASEINENT FR()V[ AIASKA P1"X19,,'RS
ASSOCIATION, FOR SEWER PURPOSES, AND CONSENTINful
TO THE 13ECORDATION THEREOF
VVHT-]1fE'AS1P a certain indenture dated the 15th day of May, 1952, made by and
between Alaska Packers Association, a California corporation, grantor, and City of
Alameda, a municipal corporation, grantee, was, on or about said date, executed
and delivered by said grantor to the City of Alameda; and
V11111E'REAS9 by said indenture, the grantor granted to the CIty of Alameda
a pe anent easement and right of way to, at any time, or from time, to time,
construct, maintain, operate, replace, removo and renew underground storm sewers
and/or drains, and a storm sewer pumping station, in, through, under and along
those certain pieces, strips or parcels of land situated in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularIT described in said
indenture; and.
the City of Alareda did, on the 4th day of June, 1952, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said real
property;

that the aforementioned indenture be, and the same Is hereby, accepted on behalf
of the City of Alameda, and said City CouncV, acting for and in behalf cf said
City, hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this
resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 or the Gcvernment
Code of the State of California,
I. the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
